Cosmic Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients:

3 Persian Cucumbers
4 Limes
1/2 cup Simple Syrup
1 handful of mint
Tequila
Triple Sec

Juice the Persian Cucumbers, should make 1 cup. Juice the Limes, should make 1/2 cup. Put in blender with 1/2 cup simple syrup and mint. Blend and strain. This should make 2 cups of Cosmic Cucumber Juice, good for 4 Cosmic Cucumber margaritas.

Pour 1 oz. Tequila and
1/2 oz. Triple Sec over ice.
Fill with Cosmic Cucumber Juice.
Stir or Shake.
Garnish with lime.
